Ø To promote National integration and Unity of the Country.

Ø To promote Educational, Cultural and Social Development of the poor and weaker section of the society, especially in the rural area.

Ø To work for promotion and development of education in all or any stream or discipline, particularly in the state of ASSAM

Ø To Establish, Conduct and Manage Residential Schools and College as well as promote, establish, create, open set up, run, maintain and administer required Coaching and Training Centres including hostels for students coming from different parts of States for Education

Ø To Establish, Conduct and Manage, various facilities for vocational guidance centre and Information centre

Ø To establish and manage fund for Scholarships to weaker and needy students. Prizes/awards to meritorious students to ensure establishment of higher sense of competitiveness amongst the students.

Ø To award scholarships, stipends awards, medical aid and other concessions to pupils and deserving men and women who study in School conducted by the trust and also to provide Books to deserved Students and Scholars.

Ø To establish, set up, promote, organize, run, manage, conduct and encourage medical research institutions, research programs in any branches of medical sciences in general, by engaging doctors, scientists, technicians, experts on such terms as the Board may decide.

Ø To establish and develop experimental research laboratory to conduct all types of research in diseases of all systems of the body and disciplines.

Ø To conduct conference, refresher courses, lectures, seminars, public health educational exhibitions, activities to promote academic knowledge of technicians, paramedical and public in general

Ø To acquire land by purchase, on lease or on rent/hire and other movable or immovable properties from state govt. /central govt. / private person/ private limited companies or built-up properties of any kinds for the use of opening of schools and educational institutions, create infrastructure thereon for achieving the aims and objectives in India. To get the government permission from the concerned State / Central Department to convert the land use of private / agricultural land acquired by the Trust for the above said objects / purposes as per terms and conditions applicable.

Ø To establish, maintain, manage Nursing Homes, Hospitals or Wards, Day Care Centres, I.C.U.s, I.C.C.U.s, Diagnostic Centres, Dispensaries, Blood-banks etc

Ø To establish, set up, promote, organize, run, manage, conduct and encourage computer education

Ø To establish, promote or assist in promoting or to establish, and to subscribe to or become members of any other society, to collaborate with other institutions, organisations, governments, foundations, boards, commissions and corporations constituted under them as well as organisations and bodies in Indian and abroad whose aims and objectives are similar to those of the trust

Ø To promote sport not only provide career opportunities to sporting youth in these regions, but to also build and nurture a creative ecosystem that will aid in holistic development of the youngsters

Ø To develop and implement new and forward-thinking projects and initiatives which are in response to community needs

Ø To help organisations develop and maximise the use of community facilities

Ø To promote social responsibility and give support to those in need so that they have respect for their community and are encouraged to make a positive contribution to society

Ø To work for the development of harmonious relations between all citizens irrespective of caste, creed, sex or religion and work for upliftment of the community in general and disadvantageous sections of the society in particular which includes poor / deprived /destitute persons etc.

Ø To co-opt members of the trust from Apex bodies in the field of education / reputed educational institutions/ Universities/ Deem Universities in India and abroad / World Bank /W.H.O./ Red Cross Society and have consultants and their services and guidance, free or paid, on matters related to fulfilment of aims and objectives of Trust.

Ø To do and perform all such acts as are incidental or conductive or necessary to the achievements and attainment of the aims and objectives of the trust and allied social activities and services stated here to or any of them for betterment of human race.
